Subscription questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days with Professional features. Afterwards your workspace stays available to read and export until you choose a plan.
How do I pay?
By card on the payment provider’s page (Stripe). VÉRO never sees your card details. Access starts once the provider confirms the payment.
What if a payment fails?
The provider retries automatically and we let you know. You have 14 days to update your payment method; after that the workspace becomes read-only, and nothing is lost.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from the Advisor Hub. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. See the cancellation policy.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and VAT number.
